Where is my Letter?
Our letters ship on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, and take up to 2½ weeks to arrive (5 weeks international). These are standard expected shipping dates when sending untracked USPS letters. If you have not received your letter within that timeframe, please let me know! I am always happy to send an immediate replacement. However, please see the current local delays below in helping you evaluate if you need to ask for a replacement. Thank you!

China: add 10 days to shipping estimates due to new import regulations
Argentina, Italy, Algeria, Ecuador, Israel, & North Macedonia: Currently expecting local shipping delays of 5 days
Nepal: Unknown delays due to local flooding
Thailand: Unknown delays due to local service disruptions
My Letter Arrived Damaged–What Now?
Although we pack each letter with care and use only high-quality envelopes, sometimes the postal system can be rough! If your letter arrives significantly damaged (pieces missing, artwork crunched and not fit for display, etc), please send me a quick photo. I am always happy to send out an immediate replacement.
How Do I Give This as a Gift?
The checkout process will walk you through it! It will allow you to input the name and address of your loved one, and all letters will be sent directly to them--no need for you to be the go-between!
No prices or invoices will ever be sent to the person receiving the Gift Subscription.
Do You Ship to the European Union?
For the time being, no, we do not. However, we are carefully monitoring the new packaging regulations, and we hope to be able to soon! If you live in the EU and would like to receive a subscription, please contact me and I will add you to our Waiting List. Thank you so much!
